These Mauna Kea earrings are made of brass that is gold-plated– nickel-free, lead-free, & cadmium-free. Each triangle measures about 41mm (a little over a 1 1/2") across, 35mm (a little over a 1 1/4") tall, & 0.8mm (.03") in thickness.

The kidney earring wires are gold-plated.

Care Instructions: Handle with love. Tarnish occurs naturally to plated metal. To prolong oxidization of metal— store jewelry in a dry place. Avoid contact with moisture: water, humidity, and oils: lotion, hairsprays, and perfumes. Plated jewelry reacts different person to person. Some body oils make the metal oxidize faster than others. The raw brass can oxidize over a period of time as well. Use P1200 sandpaper to bring back that lustre it originally had.
