"NAUKANE" is one in a group of vintage travel posterfrom "Hawaiians in the Pacific Northwest" series. Hawaiians or "Kanakas" were established with Fort Vancouver in 1829 and living in the Village, one of the largest settlements in the West during its time. The artwork tells of Naukane or John Cox as he was also called during his employ as a swineherd with Hudson's Bay Company. 

The 8.5"x11" print is produced on a full-color press on textured stock. Each comes with a informative history about the subject. Print is custom designed by artist Amy Kapuanani Antonio and ships in a mailing tube via USPS mail.  Shipping is FREE on all art prints.
