"Pō'ALIMA" is one in a group of vintage travel posters from "Hawaiians in the Pacific Northwest" series. Hawaiians or "Kanakas" were working in the mainland Pacific Northwest by 1829. The artwork tells of Pō`alima or Peter Friday as he was also called during his employ as a shepherd/laborer with Hudson's Bay Company on San Juan Island.
The 8.5"x11" print is produced on a full-color press on textured stock. Each comes with a informative history about the subject. Print is custom designed by artist Amy Kapuanani Antonio and ships in a mailing tube via USPS mail. Shipping is FREE on all art prints.
